Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including high-net-worth and VIP clients
- Oversee renewals, endorsements, remarkets, and complex policy changes
- Provide strategic coverage recommendations and identify coverage gaps
- Deliver a high-touch, advisory-level client service experience
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Mentor junior team members when appropriate
- Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
- 6+ years' experience as a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines CSR or Account Manager
- Strong experience managing high-net-worth or complex personal lines accounts
- Experience working with EPIC (required)
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-first approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a full renewal cycle independently
