Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid (3 Days In-Office)

Location: Downtown Toronto (Near Union Station)

Work Model: Hybrid - 3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent



Salary Range: $62,000 - $67,000 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to join our established downtown Toronto team. This role is ideal for a seasoned insurance professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is comfortable managing complex personal lines portfolios, including high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including high-net-worth and VIP clients
  • Oversee renewals, endorsements, remarkets, and complex policy changes
  • Provide strategic coverage recommendations and identify coverage gaps
  • Deliver a high-touch, advisory-level client service experience
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Mentor junior team members when appropriate
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience as a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines CSR or Account Manager
  • Strong experience managing high-net-worth or complex personal lines accounts
  • Experience working with EPIC (required)
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-first approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a full renewal cycle independently
