Personal Lines Account Manager (RIBO Licensed)

Overview
We are working with a well-established and growing brokerage that prides itself on delivering a high level of client service through a combination of strong community presence and modern technology.
This team is known for its collaborative environment and is looking to add a Personal Lines professional who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and interested in growing within a supportive organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active RIBO license in good standing and stay current with continuing education requirements
  • Provide day-to-day service to personal lines clients through phone, digital communication, and in-person interactions
  • Manage client requests including policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and documentation requests
  • Review policies and recommend appropriate coverage based on client needs
  • Support clients through the claims process, acting as a liaison with insurers to ensure a smooth experience
  • Prepare and present quotes, clearly outlining coverage options and premium differences
  • Handle specialty products and niche coverages, ensuring proper placement and client understanding
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, underwriting, and claims to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within expected timelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on products, systems, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
  • RIBO licensed (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude toward learning and professional development
