Position: Personal Insurance Broker

Job Responsibilities:
  • Review renewal documents and re-market policies when necessary
  • Prepare and organize renewal binders
  • Respond to telephone inquiries, providing policy changes and answering questions
  • Report and monitor client claims efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional coverage
Requirements:
  • 5 years+ years of experience in personal insurance brokerage
  • RIBO license in good standing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Thorough understanding of underwriting guidelines and company policies
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Broker Management Systems, Compu-Quote, and insurance portals
