Compensation: Salary + Commission (2-Year Training Program)

Work Arrangement: In-office training (first 3 months, 5 days/week), then hybrid

Our clients' Commercial Insurance Training Program is designed to give motivated professionals the skills, mentorship, and experience needed to build a successful career in commercial insurance. This structured 2-year program offers hands-on training, exposure to diverse accounts, and the opportunity to grow into a client-facing sales or service role.


What is Offered:

  • 2-Year with a competitive salary + commission
  • In-Office Training: First 3 months, 5 days per week
  • Hybrid Model: Following in-office training, transition to a hybrid sales schedule
  • Mentorship & Coaching: Work alongside experienced Commercial Brokers and Producers & coaches
  • Career Growth: Structured path into a full-time Commercial Lines role upon completion

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn to quote, market, and service a wide range of commercial insurance accounts
  • Support senior brokers with renewals, endorsements, and client communications
  • Gain exposure to policy analysis, risk assessment, and client presentations
  • Develop sales skills by participating in prospecting and business development activities
  • Deliver excellent customer service while building relationships with clients and carriers
  • Complete program milestones and demonstrate readiness for progression into a Commercial Lines role

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in Personal Lines or commercial insurance (brokerage or carrier)
  • RIBO or OTL license (required)
  • Exposure to VIP/High Net Worth clients is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Sales experience (inside or outside of insurance) is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambition to grow in the commercial insurance field
