Our client is seeking a Commercial Lines Inside Sales Broker to join their growing team. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with inbound opportunities, and is comfortable building a pipeline through both inbound and outbound sales activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting, selling, and servicing Commercial Insurance products while working closely with clients, insurers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting, selling, and servicing Commercial Insurance products while working closely with clients, insurers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert opportunities into new business
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective commercial clients
- Generate quotations and proposals for Commercial Lines insurance products
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurers and underwriting partners
- Follow up on quotes and leads to maximize conversion opportunities
- Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products where appropriate
- Maintain accurate client records and activity notes within the brokerage management system
- Meet and exceed sales and service performance objectives
- Stay current on commercial insurance products, market conditions, and underwriting guidelines
- Active RIBO Licence (required)
- Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
- Previous call centre or inside sales experience required
- Strong understanding of Commercial Insurance products and coverages
- Experience handling inbound sales opportunities and developing new business
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with brokerage management systems and insurance company portals
- Experience with small business and mid-market commercial risks
- Experience working in a sales-focused brokerage environment
- Familiarity with EPIC, Power Broker, TAM, or similar brokerage management systems
- Fully remote work environment
- Monday to Friday schedule (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
