Administrative support is offered for formatting files and certain operational follow-ups, allowing the broker to focus on sales, advice and customer relations.

- Active prospecting (calls, emails, networks).
- Analysis of insurance needs and objectives.
- Preparation, comparison and presentation of submissions.
- Recommendation of specialized solutions and strategic advice.
- Negotiating with insurers to obtain the best coverage and pricing conditions.
- Development and management of a diversified portfolio (real estate, manufacturing, construction, operators).
- Proactive follow-up of customer requests.
- Support during claims to ensure a quick and fair settlement.
- Managing renewals and adjustments according to evolving needs.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in business insurance, especially real estate.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate
- Bilingualism is a major asset.

- Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- Vacation: 3 weeks, including one week during the holiday period.
- Offices available across the province: Montreal (downtown and Queen Mary), Quebec City, Gatineau, Ottawa, Laval / North Shore, Longueuil / South Shore, Sherbrooke, Saguenay, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Granby and Boisbriand.
