Our client is currently seeking a High Net Worth Personal Lines Sales & Service Account Manager to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with affluent clientele while balancing both relationship management and new business development responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small existing book of High Net Worth (HNW) clients while also focusing on growing a portfolio of HNW Personal Lines and Group Home & Auto business.
This role offers a strong opportunity for long-term growth within a professional and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an existing portfolio of High Net Worth Personal Lines clients
- Build and develop a book of High Net Worth and Group Home & Auto business
- Quote, market, and bind new Personal Lines business
- Conduct coverage reviews and provide tailored insurance solutions for affluent clients
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-level service
- Handle policy changes, renewals, remarketing, and coverage recommendations
- Work closely with insurance carriers and underwriting partners
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base
- Maintain accurate client documentation and workflow management within brokerage systems
- Active RIBO licence required
- Minimum 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience with quoting responsibilities
- Experience working with High Net Worth clients or VIP Personal Lines accounts considered an asset
- Background in banking, financial services, or wealth-focused client environments considered a strong asset
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
