Over the past several years, this team has seen consistent double-digit growth, with commercial business becoming a key driver of overall success. As a result, they are expanding and looking to bring on Sales Brokers / Producers who want to build a long-term career with strong earning potential.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will work directly with business clients across a range of industries, helping them assess risk and secure appropriate commercial insurance solutions.
You'll be supported with:
- A steady flow of qualified leads
- Access to multiple markets and carriers
- Tools and technology designed to streamline the sales process
You'll also gain exposure to a wide variety of industries and risk profiles, allowing you to build both your technical knowledge and production capabilities over time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assess client operations and identify key risk exposures
- Recommend appropriate commercial coverages and solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with business clients
- Work with multiple carriers to structure competitive options
- Manage and convert inbound opportunities
- Stay organized while handling multiple deals and timelines
- 3+ years of experience in a brokerage environment
- Commercial Lines sales experience
- RIBO licensed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
- Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000
- Uncapped commission structure tied to performance
