We're working with a brokerage looking to add a Personal Lines Inside Sales Broker to their team. This is a fully remote role focused on closing qualified leads while also building your own pipeline over time.
This is not a high-volume call centre position — it's suited for someone who understands how to assess opportunities, structure coverage, and convert business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Work and close inbound and warm leads for home and auto insurance
- Source and develop new business opportunities through referrals, follow-ups, and targeted outreach
- Provide quotes across multiple markets and present coverage options clearly
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to bind
- Maintain strong relationships with insurer partners
- RIBO licensed (required)
- Experience working with multiple personal lines markets
- Proven ability to close business and meet sales targets
- Comfortable sourcing and developing your own leads (not just working inbound)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline independently
- Base salary: $60,000
- Commission structure on new business
- Fully remote
