Salary Range: $55,000 - $67,000 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier service to personal lines clients, including high-net-worth and VIP accounts
- Manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and day-to-day client requests
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure policies are handled accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch service experience
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in documentation and policy administration
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience as a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines CSR or Account Manager
- Experience working with EPIC (required)
- Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with high-net-worth personal lines clients considered an asset
