Sales and Service Administration Representative

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
RIBO license in good standing.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Familiarity with Tam Applied systems is advantageous.
Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly in service or sales roles, is beneficial.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Service Administration Representative, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive support across all aspects of the sales and service of our membership.
Key duties include:
Office Administration: Handling incoming and outgoing regular mail, registered mail, and ICS courier services.
Service Administration: Offering phone overflow assistance and backup for incoming calls, processing and/or assigning all company requests, managing non-renewal or lapse policy notices, overseeing renewal processing including document review and release, executing basic changes in company portals, assigning work to service representatives as needed, managing payments to the insurer, contacting members for payments or reinstatements, invoicing certain company policies, and aiding in monthly exception and renewal reports.
Sales Administration: Providing support for phone overflow and incoming calls, tracking leads generated through our online quoter, booking appointments via the time trade account, and incoming phone call leads/quote requests, processing and mailing out paperwork for all policies bound, and conducting follow-ups.
Fulfilling any other requests as determined by management.
