Private Client – Client Manager (CSR)
Downtown Toronto, Ontario
 
Our client is looking to hire a Private Client (VIP) CSR for their downtown Toronto, Ontario location. They are looking for an experienced professional who specializes in managing a portfolio of high-net worth insureds.  The successful candidate will be the dedicated point of contract for affluent insureds, providing personalized advice, tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Assessing risk profiles for insurance needs of Insureds
  • Designing comprehensive insurance portfolios
  • Coordinate with underwriters and ensuring compliance
  • Develop strong relationships with insureds
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls for both internal and external insureds, ensuring prompt and professional communication
  • Manage incoming mail and courier deliveries from insureds, companies, mortgage holders and legal representatives
  • Proactively address accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling
  • Ensure documents and follow up on claims management
  • Conduct outbound calls to renew the portfolio,
  • Oversee the overall management of policies providing comprehensive support and guidance
  • Work as a team member providing back up during absences or periods of high workload
  • Any other responsibilities.
 
Qualifications
 
  • 5+ years experience as a Senior Personal Lines Representative
  • AIIC or CAIB designation is beneficial
  • University or College degrees are beneficial
  • RIBO license in good standing
  • Advanced knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance
  • Ability to interpret policy wordings
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Broker systems and markets
