What You'll Do:

• Manage and convert incoming leads into sales opportunities, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

• Maintain and develop client relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.

What You Need:

• A valid RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• A proactive approach to sales and customer service, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing a seamless customer experience.
